The Division of Neurology is the largest division within the Department of Medicine. It has its major teaching, research and clinical activities at Vancouver General Hospital, UBC Hospital and St. Paul’s Hospital. The Division provides clinical outreach to many communities around the province including tertiary and quaternary care for a variety of neurological disorders.
UBC Neurology is nationally and internationally recognized for its clinical and research programs in neurodegenerative, demyelinative, neuromuscular and cerebrovascular diseases. Faculty are actively involved in teaching and supervising all levels of students and trainees from undergraduate to post doctoral fellows.
